5.52.050: TERM AND FEE:
Each application shall be accompanied by a permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to be paid to the city clerk. The permit shall be effective until June 30 following the date of issue. Such fee shall not be prorated nor is it refundable. (Ord. 740 §1, 1993)
