The following words and terms, when used in this chapter shall have the following meanings, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
ATTENDANT: Any person who drives or operates a wrecker whether as owner or agent, servant or employee of such owner.
OPERATOR: Any person owning or operating a wrecker service in the city of Warr Acres.
WRECKER: Any truck or motor vehicle designed, equipped or used for the purpose of towing or removing wrecked, damaged, disabled or impounded vehicles.
WRECKER SERVICE: The business of offering the service of a wrecker for hire. (Ord. 740 §1, 1993)
