Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof be deemed guilty of an offense and shall pay a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) for a first offense, and shall pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for second or subsequent offenses. Every article sold and every day a residential sale is conducted in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 711 §1, 1991)
