A. Any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked or any application for issuance of a license may be refused by the city clerk if the application submitted by the applicant or license holder contains any false, fraudulent or misleading statement.
B. If any person is convicted of an offense under this chapter, the person may have their existing residential sale permit canceled and not be issued another residential sale permit for a period of two (2) years from the date of conviction. (Ord. 711 §1, 1991)
