An applicant for a permit required by the provisions of this chapter shall furnish the city clerk with the following information:
A. Full name and address of applicant;
B. The location at which the proposed residential sale is to be held;
C. The date, or dates upon which the sale shall be held;
D. An affidavit from the applicant and to the effect that all goods to be sold at the residential sale are owned by the applicant and have not been obtained for the purpose of reselling them at the sale. Further, the affidavit shall state the number of residential sales held at the proposed sale location during the previous twelve (12) months and the dates thereof. (Ord. 711 §1, 1991)
