5.48.060: PERMIT REQUIRED:
No person shall hold, conduct, engage in, or participate in any manner, in a residential sale without a permit for same. A separate permit shall be required for each location at which a residential sale is to be held. A copy of the permit shall be maintained at the site of the residential sale. (Ord. 711 §1, 1991)
