Not more than two (2) signs or other devices shall be allowed for the purpose of advertising or otherwise calling attention to the residential sale. One sign may be located not further than the nearest traffic intersection from the sale site and both signs must be located on private property. The display surface shall not exceed four (4) square feet. All signs shall be posted no sooner than twenty four (24) hours prior to the residential sale and must be removed within twenty four (24) hours of the completion of the residential sale.
