5.48.020: SALES INTERVALS:
No person shall hold, conduct, engage in, or participate in any manner or allow a residential sale to be held or conducted on premises under his control or ownership more than one time during any three (3) month period, subject to the provisions of section 5.48.090 of this chapter.
