Except as hereinafter provided, any legally existing use, building or structure existing at the time of the enactment of this Zoning Code may be continued even though such use, building or structure may not conform to the provisions of this Zoning Code for the district in which it is located. For the purposes of this Zoning Code, such use, building or structure shall be considered legally non-conforming and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 1288.
