When, in the opinion of the Utility, 500 kVa or more of system capacity is required to adequately supply the consumer's existing and probable future requirements, the Utility reserves the right to require the consumer to make the necessary complete substation installation. In such an event, all service will be billed under the Utility's Schedule LP.
