If any party remains aggrieved after any decision of any three member panel, or the 11 member General Board of Appeals, the aggrieved party may appeal the matter to the governing body within seven days of the date of the decision. A filing fee of $50 shall be received before any governing body decision is made. Such fee shall be credited to the General Operating Fund of the city.
