The General Board of Appeals shall hear and resolve the matters set out in § 4-101, by means of three person panels constituted as follows:
(a) Building Code and Property Maintenance Code: the Engineer and the two building members;
(b) Electrical Code: the Engineer and the two electrician members;
(c) Plumbing and Drainlaying Codes: the Engineer and the two plumber members;
(d) Gas Fitting Code: the Engineer, one plumber and one mechanical member;
(e) Mechanical Code: the engineer and the two mechanical members; and
(f) Fire Code: the engineer and the two building members.
