The cereal malt beverage license, issued by the city pursuant to this article, authorizes the sale of enhanced cereal malt beverage as defined in Article 1 of this chapter, by those retailers in compliance with the provisions specified in the document known as the “City of Wamego Regulations Governing Sale of Enhanced Cereal Malt Beverages and/or Beer Containing Not More Than 6% Alcohol By Volume” and amendments thereto, which document is hereby incorporated by reference. No fewer than three copies of said document shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Adopted by Ordinance No. 1707”, with all sections or portions thereof intended to be omitted or changed clearly marked to show any such omission or change, with a copy of said ordinance attached, and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
