§ 3-110 PUBLIC DANCE HALLS; NOTIFICATION.
   (a)   The proprietor or owners or person or persons in charge of any hall, building or place located within the city in which public dances are held or to be held and any alcoholic liquor is to be sold, dispensed, drunk or consumed shall first provide written notification to the Chief of Police at least five days prior to the dance.
   (b)   Such place or places used for public dancing shall be conducted in a quiet, orderly manner and the proprietor or owners or person or persons in charge of any hall, building or place shall be responsible and have the authority to close such dance at any time dancers or spectators do not conduct themselves in an orderly or decent manner.
