Whenever amendments to the site development are proposed following issuance of the building permit or zoning review permit, a new site plan, prepared by a registered design professional and certified by the owner, shall be submitted and reviewed by the Zoning Administrator. Such amended site plan, approved by the Zoning Administrator with respect to compliance with these provisions, shall serve as the new basis for review of the project upon completion.
