§ 17-2912 SANITARY SEWERAGE REQUIREMENTS.

All new construction of residential units, relocation of residential units, manufactured housing and all other buildings which would generate sewage, shall be connected to a public sewer system where available, or provided with a private system meeting the requirements of the Pottawatomie County Sanitation Code.
