§ 17-2908 JOINT DRIVEWAYS AND GARAGES.
   Where joint driveways and joint garages were in existence prior to the passage of this Title, it shall be permissible to repair, reconstruct or enlarge joint garages and it is not necessary to conform to the provisions governing internal lot lines.
