§ 17-2305 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   (a)   When a building or structure is within 150 feet of a residential district zone, said building or structure shall not exceed 45 feet in height.
   (b)   When a building or structure is more than 150 feet from a residential district zone, said building or structure shall not exceed 150 feet in height if not in conflict with airport approach zones.
