§ 17-2106 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   (a)   When a building or structure is within 150 feet of a residential district zone, said building or structure shall not exceed 45 feet in height.
   (b)   When a building or structure is more than 150 feet from a residential district zone, said building or structure shall not exceed 75 feet in height.
