(a) A tract for an Industrial Park District shall be no less than ten acres in area with no site being less than one half acre in size.
(b) Maximum building coverage of 50% of a site is allowed. Parking structures shall not be calculated as building area; however, said structures shall be used only for the parking of company vehicles, employees' vehicles, or vehicles belonging to persons visiting the subject firm.
