(a) Front and rear yards. No front or rear yard is required for any building in the "C-2" General Commercial District except as required for arterial or collector streets. (See the additional height, area, and use regulations of this Title.)
(b) Side yard. Where the "C-2" District abuts a residential district there shall be a side yard of not less than five feet.
