(a) Lots in this district shall be subject to the following minimum size requirements:
(1) Buildings served by a public water system and public sewer system - 15,000 square feet.
(2) If a private water and/or sewer system is proposed, minimum lot size shall be determined upon review by the Wamego Planning Commission. The recommendation of the Pottawatomie County Sanitarian shall be considered in the review.
(3) Average width shall be at least 150 feet unless as otherwise required by the Pottawatomie County Sanitarian for lots served by a private water and/or sewer system.
(4) Installation of lagoon systems shall only be permitted upon review and recommendation of the Wamego Planning Commission. Said review shall consider the recommendation of the Pottawatomie County Sanitarian.
