It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully allow any animal under his or her control to run at large within the city at any time. The city shall follow the same procedures for animals running at large under this section as are set forth under § 2-206 for dogs running at large. The owner of any animal so impounded shall be subject to the same fine for allowing the animal to run at large as is prescribed for dogs under § 2-207 and shall be subject to the same impoundment and board fees as are set forth under § 2-207 relative to dogs running at large.
