(a) Independent manufactured homes located on a well-drained concrete slab.
(b) Group homes.
(c) Foster homes.
(d) Parks and playgrounds.
(e) Manufactured home service buildings, such as coin-operated washers and dryers, for exclusive use of residents of the manufactured home park.
(f) Office and/or dwelling unit, either conventional or manufactured for manager of the manufactured home park.
(g) Storage building for vehicles used to tow manufactured homes.
(h) Storage building for blocks, skirts, pipe, and other material and equipment required to set up a manufactured home.
(i) Accessory uses and buildings, including swimming pools, bath houses, patios, etc., for exclusive use of manufactured home residents.
(j) The following uses may be allowed by special use permit when submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals, and under such conditions as the Board may impose:
(1) Adult day care.
(2) Home occupations.
(3) Licensed day care homes.
(4) Preschools.
(5) Child care centers.
