A manufactured home in an "M-H" District may be located on a lot which contains an area of not less than 6,000 square feet with an average width of not less than 50 feet if served by a public water and sewer system. If a private water and/or sewer is proposed, the minimum lot size requirements of the parent district, of which this district is made a part, shall apply, and lot width shall be as required by the Pottawatomie County Sanitarian.
