(a) Any use permitted in the "R-2" Two-Family Dwelling District.
(b) Multiple-family dwellings.
(c) Private clubs, fraternities, sororities, and lodges, except those where the chief activity is a service customarily carried on as a business.
(d) Single-family attached dwellings, joined to either one or two similar dwelling(s).
(e) The following uses may be allowed by special use permit when submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Board of Zoning appeals, and under such conditions as the Board may impose:
(1) Adult day care.
(2) Home occupations.
(3) Licensed day care homes.
(4) Preschools.
(5) Child care centers.
(6) Bed and breakfast.
(7) Catering business.
