§ 17-1103 USE REGULATIONS.
   (a)   Single-family detached dwellings, providing no more than one dwelling is placed upon the lot or plot as defined by this Title unless the following conditions are met:
      (1)   The lot has an area of at least 11,250 square feet.
      (2)   One dwelling is placed to the side of the other dwelling, with no portion of either unit located behind the other.
      (3)   The foundation walls of the dwellings are separated by at least ten feet.
   (b)   Residential design manufactured homes.
   (c)   Foster homes.
   (d)   Group homes.
   (e)   Single-family attached dwellings joined to no more than one similar dwelling.
   (f)   Two-family dwellings (duplex).
   (g)   Boarding, rooming, and lodging houses.
   (h)   Community recreation buildings owned and operated by a public agency.
   (i)   Churches and similar places of worship and parish houses.
   (j)   Golf courses, except miniature golf courses and driving tees operated for commercial purposes.
   (k)   Hospitals on a parcel of land not less than two acres in size (but not animal hospitals or mental hospitals).
   (l)   Registered family day care.
   (m)   Public buildings.
   (n)   Public parks, playgrounds, and recreation areas.
   (o)   Raising of crops, trees, shrubs, and grasses not sold on the premises.
   (p)   Nonprofit institutions of an educational, philanthropic, or eleemosynary nature, but not penal institutions.
   (q)   Nursing homes for the aged and assisted living facilities on a tract of land not less than two acres in size.
   (r)   Customary accessory uses and structures located on the same lot or group of lots with the principal use including tennis courts, swimming pools, private garages, garden houses, barbecue ovens, and fireplaces, but does not include use unrelated to the principal use of any activity commonly conducted for gain.
   (s)   Temporary structures incidental to construction work, but only for the period of such work. Basements and cellars may not be occupied for residential purposes until the building is complete.
   (t)   The following uses may be allowed by special use permit when submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Board of Zoning appeals and under such conditions as the Board may impose:
      (1)   Adult day care.
      (2)   Home occupations.
      (3)   Licensed day care homes.
      (4)   Preschools.
      (5)   Child care centers.
      (6)   Bed and breakfast.
      (7)   Catering business.
