The "RH-O" Historic Townsite Residential Overlay District is established for the purpose of permitting residential uses along with the allowable uses of the parent district. It is intended that this district be applied in commercial district fringe locations where older homes exist in close proximity with non-residential land uses, such as at the edge of the Central Business District.
