The "R-H" Historic Townsite Residential District is established for the purpose of recognizing the unique platting and development characteristics common to the older residential neighborhoods in Wamego, and to help preserve the quality of the living environment in such areas. The regulations are intended to provide continuation of established residential development densities together with preservation of the physical environment and aesthetic qualities which have been traditional in the original neighborhoods of the community.
