Tracts in this district shall be subject to the following minimum size requirements:
(a) Buildings served by private water wells and septic systems - five acres. (Depending on percolation test results and soil analysis, this minimum area may be reduced to four acres upon recommendation of the Pottawatomie County Sanitarian.)
(b) Buildings served by a public water system and private septic system - three acres.
(c) Buildings served by a public water system and public sewer system - two acres.
(d) Minimum lot width shall be as required by the Pottawatomie County Sanitarian if served by a private water and/or sewer system.
(e) Installation of lagoon systems shall only be permitted upon review and recommendation of the Wamego Planning Commission. Said review shall consider the recommendation of the Pottawatomie County Sanitarian.
