This Title shall be applicable to the Wamego Zoning Jurisdiction, defined as all land situated within the City of Wamego, Kansas, and all land situated outside the corporate limits of the City of Wamego, but within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the West Boundary of the Old Pottawatomie Indian Reservation and the main channel of the Kansas River, said channel forming the southerly boundary of Pottawatomie County, Kansas; Thence upstream along said main channel, to the South line of Section 8, Township 10 South, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M.; Thence West along said South line, to the West line of said Section 8; Thence North along said West line, to the Northwest corner of said Section 8; Thence West along the South line of Section 6, Township 10 South, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., to the Southwest corner of said Section 6; Thence West along the South line of Section I, Township 10 South, Range 9 East of the 6th P.M., to the southeast corner of the John Chmiel tract, as recorded in Book 229 and Page 185 at the Pottawatomie County, Kansas, Register of Deeds, said corner being 139.16 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; Thence North along the East line of said Chmiel tract 468.41 feet, to the Northeast corner of said Chmiel tract; Thence West along the North line of said Chmiel tract 466.55 feet, to the Northwest corner of said Chmiel tract, the same being the Southwest corner of the Ronald Wilson tract, as recorded in Book 244 and Page 340 at the Pottawatomie County, Kansas, Register of Deeds; Thence North along the West line of said Wilson tract 860 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Wilson tract; Thence East along the North line of said Wilson tract 330 feet, more or less, to the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; Thence North along the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1, to the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; Thence East along the North line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1, to the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; Thence East along the North line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 10 South, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., to the Center Corner of said Section 6; Thence North along the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6 to the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 9 South, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M.; Thence North along the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 31, and along the West line of the South half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 31, to the Northwest Corner of said South half of the Northeast Quarter; Thence East along the North line of said South half of the Northeast Quarter to the Northeast Corner of said South half of the Northeast Quarter; Thence South along the East line of said South half of the Northeast Quarter and along the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 31, to the Northwest corner of said Section 5; Thence East along the North line of said Section 5 and along the North line of Section 4 and Section 3, Township 10 South, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., to the West Boundary of the Old Potawatomi Indian Reservation; Thence South along said West Boundary, to the Point of Beginning.
