§ 16-702 AIRPORT ZONING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission is hereby designated as the Wamego Municipal Airport Zoning Commission, for the purpose of making recommendations to the governing body regarding possible amendments to the Wamego Municipal Airport Zoning Ordinance or Wamego Municipal Airport Vicinity Zoning map, pursuant to K.S.A. 3-705(2).
