There is hereby incorporated by reference that certain Wamego Municipal Airport Zoning Ordinance and accompanying Wamego Municipal Airport Vicinity Zoning map, recommended by the Wamego Planning Commission in its final report, approved November 16, 1998 and prepared pursuant to K.S.A. 3-703 et seq. No less than three copies of the Airport Zoning Ordinance and map shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by Ord. 1300”, with all sections or portions thereof intended to be amended, modified or omitted clearly marked to show any such change or omission and showing the sections or portions thereof that are incorporated, to which shall be attached a copy of the incorporating ordinance, and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.
