The Subdivision Regulations portion of the document known as “Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations for the City of Wamego, Kansas, Edition of 1992” the same incorporated by reference under Ord. 1117 of the City of Wamego, Kansas, is hereby retained, along with subsequent amendments thereto. Not less than three copies of said Zoning Ordinance Edition of 2016 and retained Subdivision Regulations shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by Ord. 1663 (Zoning Ordinance) and Ord. 1117 (Subdivision Regulations)”, as provided by law, with all sections or portions thereof intended to be amended, modified or omitted clearly marked to show any such change or omission or showing the sections, articles, chapters, parts or portions that are incorporated, as the case may be, and to which shall be attached a copy of the incorporating ordinance, and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.
