§ 15-511 PARKING EXCEPTION.

It shall be unlawful to park a refuse collection truck on any street, alley or upon private property within the city limits for any time exceeding 30 minutes, except that parking on private property shall be permitted where the truck is located within a completely enclosed building and such use is located within the I-P: Industrial Park Zoning District of the city.
