§ 15-111 SERVICE CHARGE.
   Whenever a landlord who has established utility service at an address requests that the utility service at that address be placed in such landlord’s name following termination of the tenant’s account, such landlord shall pay a $15 service charge to reimburse the city for the costs incurred in turning on the service, reading the meter(s) or both. Such fee shall be credited to the Electric Utility Fund.
