§ 15-108 COLD WEATHER TERMINATIONS.
   For the period between November 1 and March 31, the most recent “Cold Weather Rule” protocol, prescribed and promulgated by the Kansas Corporation Commission, shall be adhered to by the city with respect to termination of a residential customer’s electric service, and with respect to payment arrangements with residential customers.
