For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CUSTOMER. The utility service account holder of record.
PERSON. Natural persons and all corporation partnerships, associations and all other types and kinds of organizations and entities, without limitation.
UTILITY SERVICES. Electrical service, sanitary sewer service and water service and all applicable and authorized additions and penalties with respect thereto.
