There are hereby established the following school zones within the city:
(a) Lincoln Avenue, from a point 150 feet north of the centerline of 6th Street, north to a point 250 feet north of the centerline of 8th Street;
(b) Elm Street, from 8th Street south to a point 180 feet south of the centerline of 7th Street;
(c) Poplar Street, from 10th Street south to a point 180 feet south of the centerline of 7th Street;
(d) 7th Street, from Lincoln Avenue west to the alley between Poplar Street and Vine Street;
(e) 8th Street, from Lincoln Avenue west to the alley between Poplar Street and Vine Street;
(f) 4th Street, from Marsha Lane easterly to Sycamore Drive;
(g) 6th Street Road, from a point 130 feet east of the centerline of J.C. Rogers Drive east to Parkview Drive;
(h) Kaw Valley Road, from a point 210 feet north of the centerline of 14th Street north to Say Road; and
(i) Say Road, from a point 1,240 feet east of the centerline of Columbian Road east to Lilac Lane.
