Vehicular traffic shall proceed only in a westerly direction upon the following designated one-way street: that street extending from Lincoln Avenue westerly to the first alley west of Lincoln Avenue and located between Fourth Street and Fifth Street and more particularly described as being bounded on the north by Lot 538 and on the south by Lots 539 through 544, all in the original townsite of the City of Wamego.
