(a) Section 33(a), Maximum Speed Limits, of the Standard Traffic Ordinance adopted in § 14-101 above is hereby amended to designate a maximum speed limit of 20 mph for all streets within the corporate limits fo the city, unless noted under divisions (b), (c), (d) and (e) of this section, or unless posted otherwise.
(b) The speed limit shall be 25 mph on the following streets within the corporate limits of the city:
(1) Eighth Street from Hillcrest Road to Poplar Street and from Lincoln Avenue to Balderson Boulevard.
(2) Walnut Street from Fourth Street to Highway 24.
(c) The speed limit shall be 30 mph on the following streets within the corporate limits of the city:
(1) Lincoln Avenue from the south city limits center of Kansas River, to a point 145 feet north of the centerline of Valley Street.
(2) Lincoln Avenue from a point 310 feet north of the centerline of Sixth Street to the north city limits (north line of Highway 24), except the speed limit shall be 20 mph at the times set out in Ord. 941.
(3) Fourth Street from Ash Street to the east city limits.
(4) Valley Street from Lincoln Avenue to the east city limits.
(5) Kaw Valley Road from Highway 24 to Say Road.
(6) Balderson Boulevard from Fourth Street to Highway 24.
(7) Columbian from Highway 24 to the north city limits.
(d) The speed limit shall be 35 mph on Columbian Road from Fourth Street to Highway 24.
(e) The speed limit shall be ten mph for all streets and parking areas within the City of Wamego parks and cemeteries.
