§ 1-601 PERSONNEL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS.
   (a)    There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the purpose of establishing policies and regulations for the administration of the city's personnel program that document entitled “Personnel Policies and Regulations” as approved by the governing body on January 21, 1986. No fewer than three copies of these policies and regulations shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Wamego”, and shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available at all reasonable hours of business.
   (b)   A copy of the city's Personnel Policies and Regulations incorporated by reference in division (a) shall be furnished by the city to each and every city employee hired after the effective date of this code.
