§ 13-315 REMOVAL OF STUMPS FROM STREETS.

Any tree, tree stump, shrub or vine that shall be removed from any of the streets, avenues, alleys or public ways shall be removed below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump removed shall not project above the surface of the ground.
