Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to: drunkenness, playing of loud music, use of vile, offensive, obscene, or abusive language or gestures, or engaging in noisy conduct that might cause alarm or anger to other park visitors is hereby prohibited in City of Wamego Parks. Any person engaging in such behavior shall be in violation of this article, and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100.
