§ 12-402 SAME; ORGANIZATION.

The appointed board members shall annually elect among themselves the following officers: Chairperson; Vice Chairperson; and Secretary-Treasurer; and shall meet on a regularly scheduled basis not less than quarterly at a location to be determined by the Board. The Board shall keep minutes of each of their meetings to be signed by the Chairperson and Secretary-Treasurer.
