§ 12-305 SAME; FUNDS; DISBURSEMENTS; TREASURER.

The funds received and set over to the Library Board by the city shall be deposited in a separate fund in the city treasury and the Treasurer of the city may be ex officio Treasurer of the Library Board. All funds of the Library Board shall be disbursed upon claims properly itemized and certified as required by law. Warrant checks shall be signed by the Chairperson of the Library Board and the Secretary and countersigned by the Treasurer of the Library Board.
