§ 12-302 LIBRARY BOARD; MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT.

The Mayor shall appoint, with the approval of the governing body, a Library Board for the city library. The Board shall consist of seven members to be appointed in the manner and for terms provided by law and the Mayor of the city who shall be ex officio a member of the Board with the same powers as appointed members.
