Regulations governing columbarium niche purchases and fees, columbarium interment, marking and decoration shall be as contained in the Wamego City Cemetery Columbarium Rules and Regulations to be approved and amended by resolution of the city’s governing body, and made available to the public at the office of the City Clerk.
