§ 12-121 REMOVAL OF ENCLOSURES OR OTHER MATERIALS.
    The city reserves the right to remove any enclosure which has fallen into a state of disrepair or any other material which is deemed detrimental to the general good appearance of the grounds, or which shall, in the opinion of the Cemetery Superintendent prevent the easy or proper care of the cemetery.
