§ 12-116 MONUMENT WORK; PERMIT; FEE.
   (a)   All monument and marker installations in the city cemetery shall be performed by professional monument installers. Before working in the city cemetery, installers must submit to the City Clerk proof of public liability insurance in the amount of $50,000, and pay a permit fee as provided under § 12-112.
   (b)   The Cemetery Superintendent shall mark out the location for monuments or markers.
   (c)   If, upon inspection by the Cemetery Superintendent, a monument or marker is determined to be improperly installed, the city reserves the right to require the installer to correct the deficiency.
